As a customer of Best Med Life, you can transfer funds via Western Union online or at a local agent, and us (The Receiver) can pick up your funds(or payment) at participating agents locally. They are convenient and easy way to transfer money.
After approval, your money arrives in minutes. We as the receivers can then pick up the money immediately. As receivers, we must show an ID to pick up the money.
How to pay by Western Union or MoneyGram? To make a payment by Western Union or MoneyGram, you need our Western Union/MoneyGram details. To obtain these, you can either copy those details at Checkout while passing your order on our site, or just Contact us once you have successfully placed your order online, and we will email the details over to you.
Once you have made your payment you will be given a money transfer control number (otherwise known as an MTCN). You will need to email the MTCN number and the full name of the person who made the payment to us in order for us to verify that the payment has been made and that it is for the correct amount.
Once we have verified the payment which only takes a few minutes we will change the status of your order to “awaiting shipment” and begin the dispatch process for you to receive your order as soon as possible.

A Bank transfer or Bank deposit facility is available as an option to buy products from Best Med Life.
The bank transfer can be done usually at your local bank, online, via telephone from your bank account to our bank account. Bank transfers usually clear within 3 working days from date of initial transfer, and you must be aware that there may be additional charges incurred for doing so, that you shall be informed by your bank. Transfer charges are exclusive from the amount charged by Globe-Pharmacy.com.

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
We offer international shipping worldwide, however there are some countries with different laws and regulations on the importation and distribution of our products. Consequently, we have certain shipping restrictions on a number of products that we know to be illegal in the country in which the restriction is in place. As we are not legal specialists we insist for all customers to check the legality of the product before placing any order. If by any chance your order does not arrive within 21 business days you will qualify for 1 free reship.

We offer a number of delivery options for you when you purchase items on Best Med Life and delivery times vary depending on which option you select.
- Post Office – Unknown delivery time. Free
- Standard shipping – Delivery takes 8-10 working days. Cost min $20.00
- Express shipping – Delivery takes 2-3 working days. Cost min $60.00
- Express Overnight – Same day delivery. Cost min $80.00
Note that the shipping cost depend also on the overall weight of your package.
We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging along with tracking numbers. Our packages require a supplied signature upon arrival of the shipment and are trackable in detail to the delivery address. For wholesale orders shipping is free of charge.
We use mostly usps, FedEx, DHL, or EMS services for the shipment of your order. Wholesale orders can take 3 – 6 days depending on country. Please note these times are not guaranteed by us.
We only collect the following information from you, for the purpose of processing an order: Your Name, Contact information including your email address and phone number, your shipping address and your billing address. These informations will be used to ensure the delivery of your order, the processing of your order and our internal record keeping, including order history.

Where customers wish to pay by bank transfer or western union they can arrange this by filling in their order and selecting bank transfer or western union from the payment options. This service is arranged using the customers bank or senders information, and we will never store your bank details or Western Union senders information as part of your customer data after we receive payment.

Items purchased with us can be returned on the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received
If your delivery is incorrect for any reason i.e. an item has been missed from your order or you have received the wrong item then we will automatically replace or refund your order at your request. If you require a refund then you must inform us immediately and not open any of the packages themselves. We will then ask you to return the goods, and upon arrival at our office we will refund you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items turn out to be faulty on arrival then we also ask that you let us know immediately via our Contact us form, or email. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any accompanying documentation or accessories. If we can verify the fault at our end then we will issue a replacement to be sent out the very same day. We can also issue a full refund if you wish and your payment will be returned via your original payment method. We will analyze return goods and if they prove not faulty then we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the return transit costs.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items have been damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with accessories and documents. Once received back to our base we will issue a replacement item or refund the full value of your order via your original method of payment.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item you have ordered and want to return it to us, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can as long as you return it to us or inform us within the first 7 days of your purchase or receipt of the goods. The products must not be opened, used or tested and they must be returned in the exact same form as which they were received by yourself / posted by us. Again, once we have received the product back to us we will issue a full refund for you via your original payment method.
Open Packages on Arrival
If your package arrives opened or ripped for any reason then we ask that you return the items if unhappy. Again we will offer you a replacement product or refund via your original payment method whichever you prefer.
Please note that the above returns policy does have some limitations and especially with Stimulants and salts due to the sensitive nature of the product, when it is been opened at all we can not accept any return.
